US Open Semi-final result
In the earlier semi-final which featured Roger Federer the defending champion against the Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic, Federer had secured an easy win. (6-3,5-7,7-5,6-2).
But the attraction of the year - Rafael Nadal lost to Andy Murray in the other semi (2-6,6-7,6-4,4-6)
